Last month a no show who claimed I wasn't in, when I was in and it then took me some time and begging Amazon to get a quicker refund. I've had things sent to me by mistake - this never happened before. ![]() Now they are just thrown in the bag, fingers crossed they'll survive the car journey. Eggs used to come in a corrugated cardboard sleeve. Now you're lucky to get one defrosting ice block in a soggy paper bag. ![]() Frozen food used to come in an insulated bag with ice blocks. Problems: Choice is a bit limited with things I order being out of stock. App is good at telling you when they'll arrive so you can be prepared. You don't even have to be in if you've not ordered alcohol. Benefits: Meat and veg is generally excellent quality and there are lots of offers meaning it can be cheaper than my local Morrisons in WF11 Can usually get things delivered within 4 hours of ordering. I don't have time to plan my shopping days in advance to get it delivered from a supermarket. I use Amazon Fresh because I'm a super busy small business owner and part time carer. I'll keep using because of the convenience but the service quality is declining.
